The restaurant is beautiful and clean. The service is impeccable 👌 they explain every cut of meat to your liking. We took the kobe beef diner course with the 110g sirloin which i would say is the best option price wise to taste a bit of everything and feel full (21,989¥). We also took the emperor briand 220g which is the best cut you can find anywhere, it's the champion of the auction for kobe beef and there is only 50/per year, therefore making it a rare piece of meat (96,800¥). This restaurant is definitely on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for. This is the best of the best.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the head chef Miguel went to greet another customer but didn't even acknowledge us even though we were the only 2 customers in the restaurant and when my husband was talking to the other worker, the head chef seemed annoyed by it. At least, Hijimai and Fumi were easy to talk to and nice.
